These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuizPrism, operated by Vidmantas Kajokas. By using the site or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
QuizPrism offers personality, relationship, and work-style quizzes that produce an archetype result and an optional personalized PDF report. The quizzes and reports are provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. They are not psychological, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance or for any decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use QuizPrism. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Purchases, payments & refunds
The quiz and your result preview are free. The full report is a paid digital product. Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where stated.
Every purchase is a single one-time payment. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-renewing trials, or any form of recurring billing — you will never be charged again for a purchase, and there is nothing to cancel.
Because the full report is a digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. By purchasing, you expressly request the immediate generation and delivery of your report and acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory right of withdrawal once generation has begun.
If something goes wrong on our side — for example, your report fails to generate, or you are charged in error — contact support@quizprism.com and we will regenerate your report or otherwise make it right.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to:
- disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- copy, resell, or redistribute reports or content except for your own personal use;
- use the service in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, and its content are owned by Vidmantas Kajokas or its licensors. The report generated for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the answers you submit.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Quiz results and reports are generated automatically and may not be accurate or complete; they are intended as a fun, reflective tool only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidmantas Kajokas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
